Withdrawals enabled again!

The issue got solved! My withdrawals have been enabled again.

Tips I can give everyone:

1. Stay patient even though this is of course difficult.
2. Make sure to provide all the requested information, rather more than not enough.
3. The videos should be of high quality - speak clearly, identify yourself and state the purpose of the video.
4. Be active about your issue and reply quickly to the support team.
