Strategies for folks with lower capital

In any market, the more capital you have, the easier it is to make more profits. This is definitely true for crypto as well. Having more money to play with gives you greater staking rewards, and allows you to make safer leverage plays by having enough margin to cover liquidation scenarios. (Among a bunch of other things.)

Not everyone is blessed with a good amount of capital to start. And with crypto, it's difficult for low-capital folks because they need to work with a larger percentage of their overall assets. This market is volatile. If you put it all in this basket, you're gonna get burned.

Because of these reasons, it actually makes sense to get some stability with other methods first before diving back into crypto so that you aren't burned too much when bear markets hit. You want to build a foundation that is solid and then dive into crypto so that you can have more upside potential.

These are some non-crypto methods to attain the same result:

1. Spend some money and time to upskill yourself. Read books, and develop habits from the books that you read. Spend time studying gaps in the job market and make yourself a hirable asset to companies that can pay you well.
2. Start some service-based businesses. The great thing about this one is the only capital you need to get started is yourself and a laptop/computer.
3. Actively avoid lifestyle inflation and live according to your means. I know a ton of people who make $90 - 130kish per year and still live paycheck to paycheck.
4. Investing in whole market ETFs like VTI.
