Specification for the Unchained Index

In November, 2022, we (TrueBlocks) got an Ethereum Foundation grant, in part to document our work on the Unchained Index. This is the second draft of the same.

It's worth a read. It may not be THE way to truly decentralize data access in the ecosystem, but it works, and it's immutable, and it's reproducible, and it's ultra-low cost.
