Hacked again, even with Yubikey / 2FA / Facial recognition

Please help, I actually need some help and hope this can be a warning to others to be protected.

4th time in a number of months I had been hacked.

I assumed me safety was very robust through the use of yubikey but was not 100% assured so I had Binance disable any withdrawal features until I proved it was me by way of a video chat where I present my ID.

A number of days in the past while I used to be logged in on my PC watching the trades a customer service window opened, my trades closed and the hacker started a dialog with CS trrying to get the withdrawal perform re-enabled.

I joined the chat telling the CS it was a hacker and I advised them to place a hold on the account they usually confirmed that the hold was in place and the hacker couldn't do anything, despite the hacker nonetheless also being within the chat making an attempt to convince the CS otherwise.

(I did take the chance to inform the hacker to F Off and go scam any person else as a result of they don't seem to be getting any extra of my money)

At this point the hacker opened max leverage trades on BTC which I instantly informed the CS, they responded shortly asking me which commerce wasting worthwhile time, inside lower than 2 minutes that they had liquidated my account.

The hacker taunted me (nonetheless whereas in binance chat) and even showed me a replica off my passport and a VISA stamp in order that they should have also hacked my e mail where that photograph might have been discovered and requested for $500 to be despatched to a wallet to go away me alone (that isn't going to occur)

Binance are telling me to go to the Police, I stay on a small island in Thailand, the Police listed here are pretty useless so dont need to waste my time.

The problem I've with binance is how the hell is the hacker still managing to get entry when it's exhausting sufficient for me to log in.

Binance say the hacker is using a tool typically used on my account however I dont see any suspicious exercise on my my accounts (no unusual units or ip addresses)

After I advised Binance to lock the account the trades that liqudated my nonetheless passed off, do you assume they are at fault??
