Someone tried to change my password on Binance

So this morning when checking my email I realized that someone requested a password change for my Binance account. I found out that this IP comes from India and the request was made from a phone and not from a web browser(from little what I could find on google, it might be wrong).

What would you do in this kind of situation, need an advice please.

Binance is advising to disable your account, but in this case I will loose all my funds?

I could also transfer everything to a wallet but I have a big part in locked stacking which I cannot withdraw.
