Question about Binance Update, Have not been able to contact CS. Any mods/binance team here to answer question of long time user?

Hello, I am a long time user of Binance from Belgium but currently visiting family in Vancouver and recently noticed the new update here :

• Existing users who have not yet completed Intermediate Verification will have their account permissions temporarily changed to “Withdraw Only”, with services limited to withdrawal, order cancellation, position close, and redemption. This will be carried out in phases to minimise user-experience disruption, from now through 2021-10-19 00:00 AM (UTC). Existing users will be informed directly with more details. Once users complete the Intermediate Verification, they will be able to resume full access to Binance products and services.
  

I went to KYC my account after reading this announcement of course as I have some open Perpetual futures positions since around 9/25/2021. The issue is, I am currently in Vancouver visiting family and my ID/verification is in Belgium, where I will be returning the last week of October and can KYC.
So my question to Binance mods/team/cs is this:

If I have open perpetual futures positions since 9/25 but have my account currently as no KYC but am planning to KYC in the next two weeks, on 2021-10-19 00:00 AM (UTC), will my account be restricted to withdrawal only as in only able to withdraw and my position will be closed? Or will I be able to hold my position until I return to Belgium the last week of October and complete KYC? Will Binance auto-close my position because I have not KYC yet on 2021-10-19 00:00 AM (UTC) and my account limited to Withdraw Only as in "Only Withdraw" or Withdraw Only as in "I will be able to position close/close my position myself/it will not be auto closed at that time"

If any binance team/mods could let me know that would be very appreciated, love Binance and will have KYC completed soon but I would like to know if I am forced to close my position before 2021-10-19 00:00 AM (UTC) or I will still be able to close my Perpetual Futures position after that time or not.
