Three months ago 3 portfolios were created in order to test the hypothesis that redditors are poor investors.https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/zdnesq/portfolio_experiment_reddits_favorite_coins_vs/ The portfolios consist of five coins that are highly favored by people here and five that are widely disliked. In order to provide a reference point for comparing these portfolios, a control portfolio was established with an even split of 50% Bitcoin and 50% Ethereum. Results after one month can be seen here https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/1032esd/portfolio_experiment_reddits_favorite_coins_vs/ Below are the results after 3 months:(starting from $100 per portfolio):

With ALT portfolios having greater swings. Contrary to previous months where good and bad portfolios were pretty much equal, now we can see a significantly better performance of "bad" portfolio. The return on bad portfolio was almost double when compared to good one.
Individual performance
