Is it possible to buy visa gift cards anywhere using bitcoin?

I get it I get it, I myself dont want to be converting my bitcpin to fiat but ive recently become a day trader and I certainly HATE banks. I don't want to keep my earnings in cuck bucks, I want to keep my earnings in bitcoin. Unfortunately that means I still need to play in the current system.

So yes I'm looking to avoid taxes because I will be converting to usd alot to purchase items.

So I figured I'd start here by asking if anyone knows where I can get visa gift cards or if I need to pay taxes using something like bitpay inside the USA.
