I'm curious as to the BTC communities split of focus when it comes to hedging against inflation. For me at the moment, it just doesn't make sense to hold physical Gold. So I am 90 to 10% (BTC to gold, silver, coins). My thought is this. BTC has great utility as a digital asset, but it often reminds me of the many reasons I hold physical assets, i.e. limited quantities, easy too transact, trade, barter, driven by popular knowledge (meaning there's to confusion as too value), and easy to store. For me - these striking similarities are the supporting argument for a portfolio heavy in BTC. What does everyone's asset mix look like? I don't care about how much you own - whole coiner, half coiner etc - that's irrelevant and based on personal circumstances IMO. [link] [comments] |
