where to buy bitcoin with paypal, no phone and newcomer friendly?

I've been really struggling to buy bitcoin with paypal. Tied a few of platforms but most of them want your phone which is a problem to me (for security reasons I'm not going to give both phone and paypal to a platform, if my phone is hacked a hacker could access my paypal which is why I keep the two things strictly separated). I've found just one platform without phone and when I was about to complete my 1st deal, the guy cancelled because I didn't pay as "friend and family" and when I reported the case I am the one who got banned. :/
