Those that left few months ago and will come back during bull market will lose a year or even two years of their crypto journey. They may think price didn't move a lot during bear market, but they lost something more valuable: countless opportunities to buy and even more lost knowledge. They will be months or years behind in terms of news and technology. If you don't repeat something you know you lose even those things you know, not practiced skills dissapear. You can't go back into crypto in the middle of bull market and think you will make big money. Nope, they will be just our exit liquidity FOMOing at prices we will start selling. They learned nothing on their past experiences. Otherwise they would know that Bear market make tought and rich people, Bull market create just broken fools.
