How can I hash a video and place the hash in a crypto blockchain?

I want to record a video and later be able to prove that I indeed recorded the video at the time I did. How can i do that?

I heard hashing the video and placing the hash in a crypto block would at least prove that the video was taken before it was placed on the blockchain (correct?). Though I am yet to figure out how i can prove that it was recorded at the date it was. Would appreciate inputs in that regard.

But as far as hashing and placing on blockchain, how exactly can i go about doing that? Mind you that my knowledge on crypto is rudimentary.
