Help w/ IanColeman BIP39 on a Pi Zero

Aplogies if this is in the wrong sub, but it is for my btc security!

After the recent shitshow from ledger with their recovery service, I decided ro re-evaluate my opsec and find a better hardware wallet for my btc.

After reading up I was convinced to generate an airgapped bip39 seed phrase before transferring funds to a new wallet.

So I bought a raspberry pi zero (first time using one) and managed to set it up. I then loaded iancoleman offline bip39 generator from the SD card (awesome its working, i thought) but then after clicking generate....it loaded a page with error message "missing directory / file".

I was hoping someone more technical may have an idea what schoolboy mistake I'm making and point me in the right direction.
