Discussion on CZ legal situation and and legality of crypto companies vs. America the world's police

Lets start of with facts that HSBC and Deutsche bank have been involved in money laundering at a far greater amount and been caught and fined ( but their CEO/CFO have never faced criminal charges nor has the company/bank ever been forced to be monitored by the Justice dept past and future transaction) , why was Biance any different ?

Wells Fargo been involved in identity thefts of US customers yet also faced no future monitoring by the Justice Dept

Can someone explain how a guy like CZ with billions in the bank have gotten such shitty US lawyers that didn't have ironclad agreements before CZ flown into America, heck even Jeffrey Epstein had better lawyers protecting him. CZ now faces a uncertain future as he is bar from leaving the USA along with the likelihood of serving REAL PRISON TIME, as it will be the judge's discretion and not prosecutors/Justice Dept recommendations.

Let's note for a fact that CZ had nothing to gain from flying into America voluntarily

- he is now a felon and pretty much bar from even coming to the USA ever again, or any western USA leaning countries as well ( UK/AUS to name a few )

- a submission of his DNA sample

- the loss of his company

- the company name will forever be associated as criminal in nature

there was also a part of Binance that had decentralized trading, what will come out of that on other de-fi trading sites?

While Binance was pretty shady, it has never been "hacked" hack ( with a large sum that was never stopped/recovered ), was pretty honest trading site as long as you knew what you were doing, provided great staking options, and allow for a great access to token/coins

But the real question is do you really want/trust the US gov't to control all financial institutions all over the world, cause we have seen that in American funds can be frozen, confiscated, sanctioned, for political or sometimes questionable reasoning
