cex.io is holding my funds with no reason

After making several transactions for thousands of dollars, they decided to block my account and have been holding my funds for over a year, they have ignored my messages and always ask me to be patient. My account is fully verified and they want me to send proof of ownership to my exodus wallet which is 100% anonymous. I have show them emails I had with exodus support confirming that there is no way to prove ownership for this wallet. Still they do not give a damn. Anyone else having issues here? I'm already in the process of litigation.
