2 of 3 multisig with 2 cosigners as native segwit, is it possible?

I am trying to create a 2 of 3 multisig wallet by using two cosigners as native segwit wallets. However, when trying to do so by Electrum 4.0.9, I obtain the following message "Wrong key type p2wpkh", soon after pasting one of the cosigners master public key. Is it really possible to create a multisig using native segwit cosigners or is it mandatory to use xpub master public keys? Case only xpubs work, is it safe to use tools for converting my zpub to a xpub (such as https://jlopp.github.io/xpub-converter/)?
