can't transfer

Trying to transfer some of my cryptos from binance to a platform with yield. Tonight i tried doge and matic.

It said waiting for verification for a while, maybe 15 minutes, then both transactions were canceled.

Seen a few other posts about people not able to transfer out... what is this? At first i just wanted to transfer to get yield, but now i want to get everything off binance if this is how they do business... if i give them thousands of dollars, i should be able to move it when i want. I don't mind waiting, but how is it they automatically cancel my transactions?
