Does anybody know more about how bitcoin is treated in japan? The BTCJPY pair seems quite different from the other major currencies (USD, EUR, etc) and is nearly at the april 2022 high. Indicating different demand(?)
there used to be a bunch of japanese companies holding bitcoin but they only had small amounts and aren't on the lists anymore (except nexon):

Curious if the BTCJPY pair divergence is a bitcoin thing or a JPY thing.
