You can now estimate your karma earnings at CCMoons.com

Just launched an initial version of a "upvote estimator" at ccmoons.com!

The goal of the tool is to estimate your karma earnings since the last snapshot.

As I mention on the site, this is an estimate and will not exactly reflect karma because:

• Reddit Karma is fuzzed and is NOT 1:1 with upvotes
• The exact snapshot time is unknown. For this round I pull submissions from after September 1, 2021 12:00:00 (PST)
• I only include upvotes from submissions created during the distribution cycle. In the current cycle you could have earned karma from "old" submissions that I don't count
• I currently count karma for deleted posts (fix in progress)

Regardless of these caveats, I spot-checked some of the results when looking at round 17 data and it was pretty accurate!

The tool which pulls a user's comment/post submissions "live" (in reality a few minutes lag) and will take a while to run for people with many comments. There is a faster way to retrieve the information, but Reddit typically limits the response to 1k comments, and I know many people go over that in a distribution cycle. If the tool isn't loading, please try again later. I might be getting rate-limited.
