I know how the bitcoin blockchain works, and pretty familiar with DAG (directed acyclic graph). What I am curious about is if you mixed them, would there be any issues, or would it just make confirmations quicker?
- Is this (b) a little better for confirmations? As I'd cut a block time x 3 (3 mins) and theoretically quicker confirmation counts?
- Is there any downfalls to using B instead of A or B?
What I mean is better explain with the below picture:
- A = Block chain
- B = (what I think may be called a multitree?)
- C = Dag
