Will people continue to predict a bull market during the entire bear market?

I've seen many people who's TA keeps predicting that we're about to have a blow-off top.

And it annoys the shit out of me. But I'm wondering when this will stop. Below 30k? At 20k?

I'm not saying we're going to 20k, we could, but at what point would permabulls say: Alright this is a bear market?

To me it looks way more like a bear market than like a "dip", but some people refuse to say that we're in a bear market.

I've even seen people predict that we're about to go to 400k. And that just makes no sense to predict at 40k.

Also, a bounce is not a bull market.

But to people who experienced the 2017 bear market, when will the denial stop?
