Will Binance ask hostage video if you change computer used to login?

My comp is giving problems and I need to logon to new comp to trade but dreading it.

Last time I did this last year it said 'withdrawals suspended due to risk management', asked to upload insane video (showing me logging into another site from which I trfed into Binance) and after 3 days, said video rejected. Took a week and had to post case ID here to get access back.

Is this still the case? See lesser of those posts these days.
