Why do you HODL?

I’m not sure I understand why everyone HODL’s their entire bag? I put in sell orders at 3-5% higher than the current price and buy orders for 3-5% under, not for my entire bag, but for around 10% of what I own

It’s the way I keep taking profit off the same coins. For example I have a sell order in at $108,000 and a buy order at $95,000. I re-evaluate my orders every week or so, and they typically both get filled over a week or two.

It seems so simple to me so I’m wondering why I don’t see it talked about more.
