When moons were launched, they where in the rinkeby testnet. Although it was annoying, they were still in beta so it was fine to use a testnet.
Last year moons finally reached mainnet but instead of going live on Ethereum or on any important layer 2 of eth, reddit decided to use arbitrium Nova which is definitely not the most popular layer 2 of Ethereum. Most users confuse it with arbitrium one, almost no exchanges support it and so on...
So my question is: is there a reason behind this choice? Does arbitrium nova any special skill that other blockchains or layers couldn't offer?
