who to contact about paying transfer fees, because I live in Ontario?

hello all, I went to the Binance website, and looked at their help files, but don't see how to contact them with my problem. I'm from Ontario, and i'm told that Binance will not allow people from Ontario to use their website after the end of this year. So, I have to move out my crypto. but this is costing me money! I would like to know what will happen if I decide to keep my crypto at Binance. I have no problem with that fat f0ck ford taking me to court for using Binance. will Binance simply take my crypto after the end of this year? or will they just do nothing at all, and I can continue to ignore this "power struggle" between the bankers, ford the puppet and the top crypto exchanges. why do I have to pay for their power struggle???
