Who belongs on the anti-crypto Mount Rushmore?

As the title suggests. We have had a lot of bad actors over the years that have given crypto a bad name. Scammers, rug-pullers, downright criminals. But which of them have been the worst of the worst and given crypto a bad name in the most egregious way? Who belongs on that special tier, on the anti-crypto Mount Rushmore?

I think SBF is a fairly unanimous choice. But aside from him, who else belongs? Craig Wright? Gensler? Do Kwon? Throwbacks from the 2017 days like Justin Sun or Carlos Matos? Going even further back, the folks behind Mt. Gox?

I'm sure I'm forgetting many notable names. Would love to hear all your thoughts!
