Who accepts Bitcoin near the San Diego area?

I've tried to do this a few years ago but wasn't very successful. And honestly, it doesn't matter too much to me, as we live in a modern world and there are not a huge market of people that want to spend a rapidly appreciating asset that is undergoing monetization.

However, I'd love to go spend some sats locally if I could, just to utilize lightning and help businesses so they don't have to pay the 3% credit fee from VISA or MC

Also looking for businesses doing online sales, like Ben's wine etc.
