Which platforms are currency the most trustworthy/safest? (ie. Ledn, BlockFi, Crypto.com, etc)

I want to spread my eggs among more baskets, and would like to use maybe the 5 or so most trustworthy/secure platforms.

I'm not interested in hearing your "I've been using them for 3 years and they haven't scammed me yet" anecdote.

I'm looking for actual research/knowledge on which companies are the best based on how they secure the crypto, where they're located, who runs the company, etc.

This article seems pretty well done, and recommends Ledn above all others - but again this is just written by 1 person and I'd like to hear from more sources.

EDIT: I'm specifically looking for platforms where I can earn interest on my holdings.
