Hellow! I am helping someone recover her account. She's no techy, No idea how hostile the digital world is.

She registered the binance account long time using only here Phone Number, verification also Phone Number SMS. Which is we all know very weak. Now for more than a week both her accounts in PC and phone are logout. And she can't log in using her password that she was sure of (she wrote it down). When she attempt forgot password, her registered Phone Number doesn't receive any code.

I know there was a big chance of compromise in her part, specially I've checked her phone (which is android) a lot of sketchy apps installed. Well hope someone in binance may have a look at her ticket. We are hoping she did just wrongly wrote down the password.

Thats her story, now I am on the middle of helping her reseting her devices (fresh format) setup password managers, otps and so on.
