What's the likelihood that Blackrock will outright purchase Kraken instead of just partnering with them?

Blackrock reminds me of the Deathstar just wanderng around the galaxy taking over or destroying anything in it's path. Kraken has discussed an exit strategy in the past by indicating a desire to go public when the market recovers--it doesn't seem like a stretch they'd just cash out to the Blackrock instead. This would seem absolutely horrible for the crypto market and participants.
