It seems reddit is phasing out all "reddit points" (points used to get awards) from September on. Has there been any discussion or communication about what will happen with moons? I know they can't cancel moons, but they can definitely hurt moons by messing with r/cc.
Rumors on other subreddits are that moons will be reddit wide. This likely will be great for moon holders, but will probably change the moon distribution?
Personally am excited at the prospect of more people exposed to moons, but on the other hand there's so much uncertainty that it definitely has risk involved. For example if reddit is trying to use some other new currency. Thoughts?
