What’s a key tip you can give people experiencing their first bear market within the crypto scene ?

As the title says, if you had to provide a singular tip or piece of advice for new users within this scene that are just experiencing their first bear market, what would it be? Personally for me, it would be getting a cold wallet. The biggest mistake I made back in the day was losing crypto over the years because I used poorly made wallets on my phone that got lost over time. I learned my lesson and got myself a ledger. Now with more drama then ever and the “casual” collapse of FTX and Celsius, I think nothing is more important then owning your own keys. After all, you can’t survive a bear market if you lose all your crypto. Cheers
