Over the past week of so there has been talk of the US dollar being replaced as the global reserve currency. And there have even been some recent examples of action being taken by countries like China and Brazil Link: https://wolfstreet.com/2023/04/02/status-of-us-dollar-as-global-reserve-currency-v-exchange-rates-slow-long-term-decline-on-track/
Seeing as a possible replacement for the dollar as the global reserve would be the YUAN which is based in a country where crypto is currently banned. This seems like I would cause some issues for not only liquidity but also exchange rates. I am by no means an expert on macro economics and I am curious what you all think and if you think itβs a positive or negative event for crypto?
