What is the best way to convert moons into a major crypto coin? (ETH/BTC/BNB/MATIC/etc.)

Hi there!

So I have around 100 moons just sitting around, and was wondering what the best way to convert them into a major crypto coin is? I read some posts from awhile ago that I found while googling, but I am unsure if those are still the best methods.

Also, do you guys think we degenerates are due another bull run? BTC is sitting at around 28k now and I have a feeling its only going up from here (until the next bear season).
