 | As many of you may have seen there was an expected ruling by the U.S court of appeals last week concerning Greyscale's Bitcoin Spot ETF however, concurrent with today 4 other court rulings for today were released non of which included Greyscale vs SEC. The SEC seems to contniue to pushing matters of Bitcoin ETFs back to as far as March 2024, with our only wins pertaining to Ether-future ETFs and Europe BTC ETFs.
