War and the words

Currently in our world with a lot of wars going on i was thinking about how to properly store the words.

I know metal plates etc but if the home or city gets bombed you probably have no access to your plates or papers you done.

Also you shouldnt take your phrase with you on the daily basis bcs you make yourself a target.

Also dont put the words somewhere digitaly in a cloud or pc.

Is there a solution?
