USDT dominance just topped and turned down, this is the actual tell for where capital goes next

Volume was already declining into the highs, fewer people committing capital to stables even while dominance kept pushing up, thats usually the first crack before a real reversal. Then a textbook SFP sweeping the high with a CHoCH confirming down right after, structure actually turning, not just a pause.

Stablecoin dominance topping out means the same thing every time it happens, capital sitting on the sideline in USDT starts rotating back into actual assets. That rotation doesnt care that BTC had a red day, if anything a pullback while USDT.D is confirming down is often just the entry, not the warning sign.

This chart's been ranging between roughly 4% and 9% for years, and every time it topped near the high end with declining volume behind it, what followed was capital flowing back into crypto broadly, not just BTC. Alts especially benefit once that rotation gets going, since thats exactly where sidelined capital tends to overweight once it moves.

Doesnt mean it happens on a straight line, dominance charts chop just like price does. But the macro tell here is capital leaving the sideline, not entering it, and thats a very different backdrop than the one most people assume theyre trading in during a red day.
