US resident, haven't logged in since 2018. Can't access account to move funds out.

So long story short, I used to use binance frequently. Stopped trading on all platforms after the bullrun until recently. Out of curiosity, I wanted to see what kind of funds were left in my market wallets, but can't log in to potentially move funds. Poloniex, dead. IDEX, dead. GDAX, now coinbase pro...? Binance, I'm prompted for login, which works. But was met with a authenticator from my old phone. Went through the process to reaccess, which worked. But I got a message stating US users have 30 days to login and move funds. So I go to login and see a "out of service" error on login. No 30 days, nothing. Is there a support email/number to call?
