Unable to verify and move my money

Hello fellas!

At this point I would appreciate any useful advice on how to deal with scummy Binance support.

Here is what happened. Around March of 2021 I checked my Binance app, that I haven’t used in few years, and discovered I had some coins left in there worth $3000+ at that point.

I was warned by the app that I have a week to move my funds to Binance US app, all trading and exchange will be locked on original Binance app. So I do that. Then they ask me to verify my identity on Binance US and it fails, because when I registered on original Binance I lived in CA and used CA Driver License for registration. Since then I moved to FL, so my ID and address is now from Florida.

So pretty much they been giving me runarounds all this time. We did reset. I submitted passport, ID, bank statements, phone company statements. I submitted selfies with IDs. I did face scan thing on the app.

The last time they acknowledged to have all necessary documents in October. After series of my emails asking if anyone is even looking into my case, on December 9th literally their answer was:

“Hi User

We see that you recently submitted an additional request for support. Please note we are consolidating all requests submitted while maintaining your original queue position. Your ticket will reflect closed and all future status updates will be communicated through your original email thread.

We appreciate your patience as we work to provide a resolution.

Thanks, Binance.US Support”

I’m very patient guy but it’s been almost a year and this is outrageous. The only thing they don’t have is my DNA sample.

I have 2 step verification turned on. I use app. I have access to account email. I submitted all documents and photos necessary and beyond.

What can I do to get this over with? Thanks.
