Unable to bridge from mainnet to Arbitrum nova with any wallet.

I really don't understand what I'm supposed to do. I'm using bridge.arbitrum.io to bridge some eth from mainnet to arbitrum nova of the same address. I checked everything is in order and I have more than sufficient gas funds for the amount I'm sending. when I click "move funds " nothing happens. tried connecting from mobile wallet to desktop browser, tried using the mobile wallet's browser itself using metamask and trust wallet after importing my wallet in both. Same thing nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong? can't they at least explain what the error is?
