Trying to transfer from old Copay wallet to new

I recently bought a ledger, and am in the process of transferring my assets to it. I forgot I had an old wallet (copay) with some money on it. But when I try and send btc from copay to the ledger, it doesn't do anything when I enter the new address. It's an old wallet that isn't supported anymore. The only thing I can find is the address needs to be converted?

Old address starts with "18eRwT" and the new one starts with "bc1qhh"

Any help would be appreciated
