Trying to recover account that was compromised in 7th May 2019 attack

My account was involved in the 7th May 2019 hack, and I have since not been able to gain access to my Binance account as my Gmail account connected to my Binance account was also compromised and I have no way of accessing my email account. I had a substantial amount of money compromised in the attack.

How am I able to regain control of my account, and work on getting back my funds? I know the email address associated with my account but do not have 2FA or password access anymore, however I would be able to send ID verification and I have the mobile number I had used. Will this be enough? Is there any other steps that I should be taking? Where else should I be asking for support?
