"DEXs are hard to use"

You can literally learn how to use 90 percent of all DEXs in less than a day.

The amount of people arguing CEX still has it's benefits is concerning.

The most important difference is the ownership. If you want someone esle owns your money, and decide to when or how you can use it, put your money in CEX. The reason for "Not your keys, not your crypto" is because in CEX you don't own anything, zero, nada. It is just a claim that you have on your assets, a merely worthless numbers. Of course you can have it back, but imagine everyone decide to withdraw their money from a CEX, well you can't just like banks, because there is no money, 98.5 % of it is elsewhere or already gone.

We all know there are some caveats using DEXs, like checking slippages and all that, but like in every other aspect of life, with power (here ownership) comes bigger responsibility. Crypto is ALL about ownership.

We often complain why government do that, why there is an inflation, why can't I buy my dream house, why some exchange manipulate market? Because we gave so much power to centralised entities by owning almost nothing. If we want to see a big change in our future, we should take responsibility and take the ownership of our money, our data and so forth.
