Transaction failed but still got charged?

I recently joined Binance.us. I wanted to buy 2k of bnb but my initial transaction failed. So I did it again and the second one went through. I went to my dashboard and I saw that both transactions were successful. I tried to put 2k back in my bank account but my bnb is frozen for 10 days for whatever reason. I can’t do anything with it. So it’s just sitting there losing money and I can’t do anything about it. I opened up a ticket 6 days ago and I haven’t gotten a response. What else can I do?
