Why? Control. Increasing the institutionalization and financialization of Bitcoin through stock market fund exposure doesn't change the system as it exists, instead the system changes Bitcoin (at very least the price). The price can and will be manipulated when private companies own the order books and exchanges. If you want to see Bitcoin become a new financial system of transparency and equity, move your sats to self-storage or a decentralized exchange. BTC and Blackrock don't mix. Just a drunk thought I had last night.
