Thoughts on Blockchain replacing paper based civilisation?

I think we still don’t realise that none of the paper based systems we take for granted will continue into the blockchain era.

17th century models of government are ridiculously outdated for the 21st century Information Age. Paper Ballots? Representatives? Corporations? ETFs? Banks? All civilisational tools built on “mere” paper are on their way out.

Tax will still exist, but governments like today won’t. Instead land will be controlled by DAOs, with direct democracy on most important decisions, and a jurisdictional currency that enforces a Automated Payment Transaction tax (APTT), reducing compliance overheads to zero and streamlining tax collection.

Thoughts, and more ideas about what this new reality will look like, are very welcome.
