The all-time average cost of buying BTC is at about $20.2k right now and we are already up 31% from it, in the middle of this bear market. Patience, as always, is key.

We always like to talk about DCA, Dollar-Cost-Averaging, here and how amazing it is to most definitely make gains in such a volatile market like Crypto and is very often even seen as the best possible trading strategy in Crypto. Now it is even more interesting to look at the all-time average cost of all bitcoin investors in buying BTC:

Here we can see in the light-blue line of how the average cost of buying BTC has been moving throughout its nearly 1.5 decades long history. And it makes sense that we always got some sudden increases during the bull market and mostly flatline during the bear market, this time we even dropped a bit, which further shows how people bought the dip.

With a current average-cost of $20.2k and the BTC price being at about $27k, as of this writing on average the Bitcoin investor is up about 31%-32% and all of this in the midst of this brutal bear market. So that is quite a ton of profit you would just reach through buying the dip or even DCA.

This chart also shows how we are in line with the previous bear market, during the bottom-formation BTC usually falls below the average-price and then recovers back up. So we are on a very good way towards our next cycle…just have patience.
