Suspension in 7 days

I received a message a number of days ago that I have to confirm my account again which occurred earlier than and I just went by means of with it, after the verification Binance advised me that I didn't cross and I have to withdraw all the things in 7 days and my account will probably be suspended then.

I attempted reaching customer support they usually just say they cannot disclose extra info, nice transparency there. I've been working with Binance since four years ago and by no means had an issue so this is just stupid.

Don't trust anywhere together with your cash. I had to spend so much to get all my money out of Binance.

I'm from Germany btw.

Edit: for everyone saying I was utilizing a VPN. I wasn't and this literally happened as the result of a "failed" verification.

I used the IDNow app as instructed and verified with my ID card. The verification was profitable however then I received this suspension message.
