Solana must be stopped at all costs TOP 3 REASONS

**WARNING** Please remove all emotional attachment from any coins you hate or love and look at what I say objectively **WARNING**

I am here to point out why I believe Solana is the worst chain in all of crypto, and those adopting it do a great disservice to the community. I'll start with a kicker....

SOLANA IS CLOSED SOURCE (mostly, look it up for more details)

As a crypto lover/enthusiast first, and a software engineer working in the crypto space second, this PAINS me. Closed source software goes against EVERYTHING the space stands for. A trustless permission-less system?? Those are two adjectives you can NOT apply to Solana based on this one fact alone. Do you know how these scam coins do rug pulls?? CLOSED SOURCE SOFTWARE! Because you have to TRUST the authors. I'm not saying Solana will do this, I'm just saying you would have no way of knowing what is actually going on. Even Vitalik submits Ethereum improvement PROPOSALS.

SOLANA IS CENTERLIZED

If you can just stop your blockchain at will to fix a bug, your chain is not decentralized. The entire point of things like defi and bitcoin is to remove a central entity and build a trustless permission-less pier to pier network. Why not just use a bank? No I'm dead serious. If you have a central entity that is in control of the network how is it any different from a bank? You might be typing "They can't control your SOL hardy hardy har" YOU DO NOT KNOW THAT BECAUSE ITS CLOSED SOURCE. Also the SOL coin itself is held mostly in a few wallets associated with the team. see here

THE SOLANA TEAM ARE LIARS

In my first two points I showed that you must trust the Solana team in order to use the network. Are you going to trust known liars?? I most certainly will not be putting my money anywhere near these scumbags or their product.

All in all both Solana and its adoption are AWFUL for the crypto space. These are not the type of projects I want to support. I hope you feel the same.
