Back in 2017 when Bitcoin was like $15k I gave my cousins for Christmas $100 in btc each.
Apparently they ended up losing access to the wallet and have asked me to help them recently. But the problem is its connected to some blockchain.com account that they don't have the email connected to for.
When they talk to me about it they legitimately believe since bitcoin has risen so much that the $100 I sent them is worth $20k+, when its actually worth probably around $500-$600.
Its funny to me that they think its worth that much and they are never going to get access to it, but I also somewhat feel bad. What would you guys do in my position?
